Texas Academic Performance Reports (TAPR)
Texas Education Code, Chapter 29 requires each district’s Board of Trustees to publish an Annual Report that includes:
Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR) (Hard copies available at each campus office and library)
Texas annually rates its public schools and districts on the academic performance of their students through the Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR), formerly known as the Academic Excellence Indicator System (AEIS). The TAPR provides a great deal of performance information about every public school and district in the state. These reports also provide extensive profile information about staff, finances, demographics and programs. The Texas Education Agency provides the TAPR every year. More information and the district and campus TAPR can be found in the links list below and on the TEA website at TEA
The Annual Report includes: TAPR data, PEIMS Financial Standard Reports, District Accreditation Status, Campus Performance Objectives, Special Education Determination Status, Report on Violent or Criminal Incidents, and Student Performance in Postsecondary Institutions.
